Sejahtera Asia Group has been in debt asset management for 5 years. His clients are those who are in urgent need of funds but are not eligible for traditional loan channels (either blacklisted by bank or not enough time to process). The average contract period is between 3 – 6 months. With average loan interest of 5% per month, deducted upfront. The average Loan to Value is around 35%. Currently he is holding around IDR 600,000,000,000 (six hundred billion rupiah) asset valuation.
